Kevin L. Mortensen brings to Intermountain Development Group a strong background in retail real estate development. He is the founder and former owner of Preferred Property Management, a real estate management company.

     He has fifteen years of experience in commercial leasing, management and development services. He was a sales consultant with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services for six years. He was with Barlow Nielsen working with developer clients in obtaining entitlements, marketing strategies, site evaluation, selection and acquisition.

     Prior to forming Intermountain Development Group with J. Floyd Hatch, he spent five years as a Senior Real Estate Manager for Albertson's, Inc. Responsibilities at Albertson's included development, acquisition, redevelopment and expansion remodels for Albertson's shopping centers in the intermountain area.
