IDG is concentrating on long-term investment in real estate. IDG has ownership and/or leasehold interests in a variety of shopping centers. Grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers comprise the majority of our properties. Floyd Hatch and Kevin Mortensen of IDG have successfully negotiated with many national and regional tenants. |
